Megamixer Autoreg Lists

This is the list of users who are not yet registered for the upcoming Mega Mixer and who have not purchased a ticket in at least the last eight weeks. The query also enforces other eligibility rules (for example validated phone, reachable by SMS/email, and rating fields present). Rows are sorted by AutoRegScore descending.

AutoRegScore (sum of components)

• Prior autoreg (campaign matching “utore”): if never autoregistered (MostRecentlyAutoRegOn is null), add 250,000. Otherwise add 400 × days since that date, capped at 125,000, floored at 0 (longer since last autoreg = higher).
• Event history: add 2,500 × TotalEventCount (lifetime event count in scope).
• Most recent event date: if null, add 0. If within the last 56 days (8 weeks), add 20,000. If older, add 20,000 − 150 × (days − 56), floored at 0 (more recent attendance = higher). Uses MostRecentAttendedEvent.
• Positive decision share: add PositiveRatings × 75,000 (PositiveDecisionsReceived / AllDecisionsReceived).
• Total decisions: add 600 × AllDecisionsReceived.
